(She/Her/Hers) APRN, MSN, CEN, CPTR, FNP-BC

Tina was born and raised in NYC and Long Beach, NY, is a certified emergency registered nurse with ample experience in trauma nursing and military leadership during her time on active duty in the US Army 2012-2019. She is a Board certified family and integrative nurse practitioner and is passionate optimizing the mind, body, and whole person/spirit using cutting-edge regenerative modalities and precision, individualized treatment modalities. Tina is a yogi. hiker, dog lover, and mental health advocate and considers herself a post traumatic growth subject matter expert. Tina completed her certification in psychedelic therapy and research in 2021 and studies plant medicine to better understand the neuroplasticity benefits and Post Traumatic Stress effects. Tina serves on the community advisory group for Mt Sinai Brain Research, is an ambassador for Heroic Hearts Project, and supports and advises multiple suicide prevention organizations including Mt Sinai Brain Research Group and is a board member of the 343 Fund, supporting first responders with access to healing therapies. Her current projects include supporting Maui First Responders and Fire Survivors with Trauma- Informed Wellness and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy with Maui Medics in Lahaina since Aug 2023, working with the State of Hawaii with Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and Maui Breakthrough Therapies, and advocating for veterans and first responders hyperbaric access along with traumatic brain injuries, which is one of the main reasons she started Mana Warrior.
